A school report which will include comments on the child’s work, development and behaviour is presented to parents during an “open week” which is held towards the end of each academic year.
Parents are also invited to attend and “open evening” at the beginning of the academic year in October in order to provide an opportunity for parents and teachers to meet and discuss the child and also during the Spring Term.
IN ADDITION TO THIS, AN OPEN DOOR SYSTEM OPERATES WHEREBY A PARENT CAN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BY TELEPHONE OR LETTER TO SEE AND DISCUSS THE CHILD’S PROGRESS AND TO TALK ABOUT ANY RELEVANT EDUCATIONAL MATTER WITH THE HEADTEACHER OR CLASS TEACHER AT A CONVENIENT TIME.
