The Education Reform Act requires that every Local Education Authority must make arrangements for the consideration of any complaints regarding the school curriculum and related matters.
In the first instance any complaint should be directed to the Headteacher. It is hoped that any concerns which parents have will be resolved informally in discussion with the Head teacher.
However, there are further stages available to parents, involving the Governors and the L.E.A.
